As the Loyalty Analyst, you will turn data into actionable insights that help shape impactful customer experiences and enhance the loyalty program. You’ll support digital initiatives aimed at growing and engaging the loyalty customer base by tracking key performance indicators, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and working closely with internal teams to drive data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and the effectiveness of the loyalty proposition to deliver actionable insights to internal teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that offer stakeholders a clear view of loyalty program and database performance
• Build customer profiles and segmentation models for targeting across digital channels
• Present insights on loyalty member cohorts, including cross-brand and cross-channel engagement
• Deliver post-campaign reporting to evaluate incremental sales and gross profit improvements driven by loyalty promotions
• Identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for future loyalty enhancements
• Contribute to the evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities by improving customer data infrastructure
• Leverage customer insights to enhance the customer experience, increase loyalty, and identify growth opportunities

About You

• 2+ years of experience in a loyalty or CRM-focused role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector
• Strong experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools
• Tertiary qualifications and solid analytical and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities
• Skilled in customer data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimization
