Elite Resource Australia is seeking experienced Steel Fixers for a long-term civil project across multiple sites in the Gold Coast hinterland. With ongoing work secured through all of 2025, this is your opportunity to join a well-run project, earn excellent rates, and work in a great environment.

Job Details:

• Immediate Start – Work ongoing through 2025 and beyond
• Civil scope includes:
• Rock catch fence installation
• Plinth formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pouring
• Rock wall stabilisation
• Work across multiple Gold Coast hinterland sites (Springbrook, Beechmont, Clagiraba etc.)
• Monday to Friday roster
• Minimum 10 hour shifts

Pay & Benefits:

• $50 – $65 per hour (depending on experience)

Mandatory Requirements:

• White Card
• Working at Heights Ticket
• IRATA Rope Access Ticket (must be current)
• Minimum 2 years’ steel fixing experience
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
