Position
Your duties will include;

• Oversee gas and water infrastructure and underground services.
• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements
• Effectively manage and monitor construction performance and progress
• Preparation of progress and compliance reporting
• Interpret designs for construction implementation and contribute to improvements to existing designs
• Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports
• Verification of subcontractors' claims and variations
• Effective management of work programmes and performance of teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes
• Execute a working knowledge of contractual and legislation relevant to the project

Your Qualifications
You will need the following;

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Experience with Inground services, particularly water infrastructure
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, teams)
• Exceptional organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to complete projects with little supervision
• Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize, as well as be a very flexible person
• Must be proactive and must consistently demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
