Job Description

Reporting to the Manager Routine Maintenance:

Strict adherence to our number 1 value of Safety in everything we do; maintaining vigilance in the identification and control of potential risks/hazards on site when accessing roofs and working on a wide range of buildings including safety of the public.

Proactively completing assessments for risks identified on site and putting in measures to prevent, minimise, or remove the risk prior to commencing works

Cleaning gutters and downpipes to a high standard

‘Spotting’ for your teammates on the roof to ensure their safety and wellbeing and that of those around the work zone

Creating an awareness for the public regarding the works that are being conducted

Proactively seeking, photo documenting, and accurately reporting any damages or defects to gutters, downpipes, or roofs to the Leading Hand

Performing other labouring duties as required

Top Applicants should meet the following criteria.

Comfortable working at heights, physically fit, and able to lift 20 + Kg.

Computer literate

Hold a current Drivers’ license and have a reliable mode of transport to work.

Hardworking and willing to work as part of a team.

Note: The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current (issue date not older than 6 months) and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement as well as mandatory qualifications or tickets listed below:
