About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee critical projects such as network refreshes, data migrations, ERP implementations, and CRM rollouts, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience with UKG/Kronos scheduling/rostering projects is highly advantageous. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining meticulous focus on resource optimization and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using industry-standard tools.

o Act as a strategic advisor, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure project success.

• Infrastructure Project Management:

o Lead infrastructure projects, including network refreshes, data migration, and system upgrades.

o Coordinate technical teams to ensure seamless transitions, functionality, and enhanced performance.

• ERP Implementation & Rollouts:

o Manage ERP implementation and rollout projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.

o Foster collaboration between technical experts, end-users, and steering committees to achieve seamless integrations.

• CRM Expertise:

o Oversee the configuration, implementation, or optimization of CRM systems, ensuring alignment with organizational processes.

o Bring expertise to projects involving client relationship management tools to optimize user engagement and workflows.

• Scheduling/Rostering Projects:

o Deliver projects involving UKG/Kronos platforms for workforce scheduling, rostering, or related functionalities.

o Leverage these tools to meet organizational needs and ensure successful adoption by end-users.

• Communication & Reporting:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on progress, challenges, and milestones.

o Generate project reports, status updates, and final evaluations with clear metrics and performance insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Project Management Expertise:

· Proven experience leading infrastructure, systems, and enterprise-level projects successfully.

· Strong knowledge of PM methodologies specifically Agile.

1. Infrastructure & System Knowledge:

· Experience managing network refresh, data migration, and system upgrade projects.

1. ERP Implementation:

· Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or rollout initiatives, with oversight of requirements analysis, testing, and deployment phases.

1. CRM Management:

· Deep knowledge of CRM systems with expertise in implementation, optimization, and user engagement strategies.

1. UKG/Kronos Knowledge:

· Familiarity with UKG/Kronos or similar workforce scheduling/rostering systems.

1. Technical Proficiency:

· Ability to collaborate with IT staff and understand systems integrations for smooth workflows.

1. Leadership & Communication Skills:

· Skilled in stakeholder management, effective team leadership, and resolving conflicts.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical audiences.

1. Organizational Skills:

· Effective time management, resource allocation, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in IT change management processes and organizational digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in reporting software and tools for project analytics and insights.
