In partnership with The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) – Eastern Section, we’re proud to support the delivery of primary care to Condobolin, a charming town in Central West NSW, now home to a newly established RFDS practice.

This isn’t just another locum role — it’s a chance to stand at the heart of something meaningful and enduring.

The Position

The RFDS Medical Centre in Condobolin opened its doors in April 2024, and now we’re looking for a GP to join the team and help shape its success.

You’ll be working alongside a supportive, permanent GP workforce and an experienced team of nurses, administration staff, and a dedicated practice manager. The clinic is part of a broader strategy to restore reliable, high-quality primary care to communities who’ve gone too long without it.

Monday to Friday only – 9:00am to 5:00pm

No after-hours, no weekends

Standard 15-minute appointments

1-hour lunch break to reset and recharge

Whether you want to locum for a short block or become a regular part of the service, you’ll be welcomed into a community that genuinely values your presence.

We’ll book and coordinate everything for you:

Fly into Parkes or Forbes, then take a scenic drive (just over an hour) to Condobolin.

You’ll have a hire car ready and waiting, with directions and local insights provided by our team.

Prefer to drive the whole way? We’ll factor that in and cover your travel.
