ARG Workforce has partnered with a global technology leader to engage an experienced Credit Controller for the following, part time position based in the Scoresby area.
This part time role offers 23 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday & Friday. (2 days WFH)
The duties for this role include:
- Process customer payments
- Prepare statements of accounts
- Respond to customer and branch inquiries
- Analyse accounts and perform root cause analysis on late payments
- Assist with month-end reporting's
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous collections experience
- Confident making high-volume outbound collection calls
- Skilled in raising and managing disputes
- Experience releasing orders
