What the role looks like:

You will be the face of Optus and the essence of the customer’s experience from the moment they step-in to your stores. By showing your sincere curiosity and asking the right questions, you will uncover the customers’ needs and develop solutions to satisfy those needs. You will need to be a champion of customer service excellence from start to finish with a strong desire to set your customers up for success.

The skills and experience you will have:

• Sales Experience - a huge advantage, but definitely not essential for the right person.
• Minimum 1 year working in a customer service environment
• Confidence - in yourself and your ability to interact positively with our valued customers and ensure their visit to our store is a positive experience
• A Strong Desire to Succeed - you are the main motivator behind your success and everything you do is because you thrive on a win
• Team Player - we only succeed by working as a unit and by fostering a positive team culture. Take care of yourself by taking care of each other!
