A prominent top-tier law firm is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to its established and well-resourced Knowledge Management team.

The Role:

Provide dedicated knowledge management services and market-leading innovation initiatives to the group

Enable an appropriate flow of legal information within the Corporate Advisory Group

Assist with knowledge flow between the practice groups and, where appropriate, between the firm and external clients

Draft appropriate written content for the group

Participate in and lead projects in both the innovation and process improvement space

Your Background:

5+ years PQE in private practice

Strong background in Corporate Advisory

Experience in M&A, Funds and/or ECM is desirable

A passion for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to influence and collaborate actively across teams

Hold an Australian or New Zealand legal practising certificate

Eligible to work in Australia
