Core Skills & Attributes:

• Solution Leadership: Strong ability to define and drive architectural direction across complex programs.
• Modern Tech Expertise: Broad experience across SaaS platforms, APIs, integration patterns, and security models.
• Customer Focused Design: Experience designing intuitive, scalable solutions for digital customer journeys.
• Agile Delivery: Comfortable working within agile teams to iteratively deliver and validate solutions.
• Collaboration: Able to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Experience:

• Track record of designing and implementing complex integrations across diverse systems.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and modern digital technologies.
• Background in software engineering or solution delivery.
• Airline or aviation sector experience is highly regarded.
