The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of key civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. With support from an experienced senior leadership team and robust project teams, you'll manage programs, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end project delivery across bulk earthworks or TfNSW-aligned projects

Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and reporting

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment

Oversee safety, quality, and environmental management

Drive team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil infrastructure projects

Background in bulk earthworks and/or TfNSW standards and specifications

Strong commercial and contract management skills

Excellent communication and leadership ability

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Local experience in the NSW market preferred
