HVAC Technician – $110K–$140K + Ute, RDOs & Fraser Island Trip

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our service team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our Service Division. This role will primarily focus on servicing and maintaining HVAC systems for our long-term maintenance contracts, ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments

Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, delivering top-tier service

Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used

What You’ll Need:

Full Australian Work Rights – this is essential

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration

Relevant certifications Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent (e.g., Trade Qualification, Restricted Electrical Licence)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Flexibility to work varied hours when needed
