Your Role

As a HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operation – representing our brand on-site, diagnosing issues with precision, and ensuring every system runs at peak performance. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of commercial and residential sites, supported by a close-knit and professional team. You will be working on all ranges of HVAC equipment, from high wall splits to water and air cooled chillers.

Tiger HVAC Solutions can provide the opportunity to be working with installs, large projects, maintenance and repair works. These works can be tailored to what you prefer to work on.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRV/VRF, package units, etc.)

Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults with confidence

Performing compliance checks and adhering to all safety protocols (including LOTO procedures)

Providing clear, friendly communication with clients and team members

Completing detailed job reports and documentation

Keeping your gear and ute tidy, organised, and ready to go

What We’re Looking For

Qualified HVAC Technician (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential)

White Card and valid driver's licence

Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and breakdowns

Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge

Excellent communication and customer service mindset

A proactive attitude and the ability to work unsupervised
