This is a super unique role where every day will be different. You will be working along side myself (the owner) and will involve helping in our Woodfired pizza shop, helping with organizing our 7 Woodfired catering set-ups ready for operation, getting prep/dough ready, learning to cook in our woodfired ovens, helping with social media, rostering, staff training and development, learning the catering side of the business, brain storming on marketing ideas etc etc. I started this business when I was 24, I'm now 34 and looking to take the business to the next level.

I'm currently in the process of building our 8th catering set-up and just want someone that is switched on with a strong work ethic. This is a long term role and can evolve into a career path for the right candidate.

We are a relatively young bunch of fun, drama free legends that do enjoy occasionally catching up for beers or climbing a mountain here and there. We have 28 active staff and all our recruiting has come from current team members recommending friends and workers from previous jobs. With the fast expansion of our business, we are doing a bit external recruitment, but super keen to get some fresh ideas from the new recruits. With many of our staff at university, working other jobs or have other commitments, we do our best to work in with all team members.

All training is provide and no experience is needed. We just need someone with an awesome attitude, driver's license, pretty outgoing with the ability to use their initative.
