About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, proactive, and friendly person to join our team as a Trainee Strata Manager. You’ll be working closely with an experienced strata manager and getting hands-on training in all the ins and outs of strata.

You’ll be learning how to:

Assist with managing a small strata portfolio

Help organise and chair Owners Corporation AGMs

Communicate with owners and contractors

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Understand strata rules, documents and reports

Keep things running smoothly day-to-day across the portfolio

Who We’re Looking For:

Great communicator and team player

Super organised with good attention to detail

Comfortable with email, phone calls, and basic admin

Confidence with speaking in front of groups with an aim to learn how to chair meetings

Active Listener and the ability to act on instructions

Interested in property, real estate, or strata

Happy to learn new things and get stuck in

Previous customer service or office experience is a bonus, but not essential!
