About the Company:

Aspect are working with a Construction & Maintenance company who provide a range of services including building maintenance, construction and refurbishments.
They service all of Victoria and hold large contracts with Community Housing (CHL).
Based in the South East of Melbourne this business prides themselves on their tight knit, hard working but social culture.

About the Role:

Reporting into the Director, you will be overseeing our current make safe contract. The contract covers the maintenance and upgrades of a variety of commercial properties Victoria wide.

Role includes management of internal processes, monitoring contract KPIs, regular stakeholder communication, reporting on contract performance, supervision of contract delivery with internal trades/admin & external contractors.

Requirements:

I am looking to speak with construction professionals that have the following:

• Experience in Insurance and Maintenance Industry
• Demonstrated experience managing insurance/maintenance contracts
• A willingness to lead from the front
• A strong understanding of contracts
• Excellent communication and written skills
