Blue Fin Swim School is a vibrant, boutique swimming school located in the heart of Port Melbourne. We specialise in teaching beginners and intermediate swimmers in a warm, family-friendly environment that feels like home. With a strong focus on technical excellence, a supportive community spirit, and a commitment to consistency in staffing, we are looking for energetic, passionate individuals to join our dynamic team—whether you're an experienced swimming teacher or looking to kick-start a rewarding career in the aquatics world!

As part of the Blue Fin family, you'll follow our carefully crafted lesson plans to deliver engaging, fun, and most importantly, safe swimming lessons for children aged 6 months to 12 years old. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your students, creating an atmosphere of trust and learning that will enhance their swimming journey. In collaboration with senior staff, you'll also play an active role in tracking student progress, providing valuable feedback, and ensuring our swimmers continue to improve and thrive.
