We are a luxury high-end tapware company and looking for a sales professional that has had experience working through the A&D channel. We don't have a preference of product experience as we will train you on ours, but we are looking for someone who has had experience working on projects within A&D.

Architects and Interior Designers will want to specify our products, we just need you to present to them!

The Role & Responsibilities

Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with high-profile clients, architects, and interior designers to understand and fulfil their unique design visions and requirements.

Providing expert guidance on our range of luxury bathroom products, customised to meet the most sophisticated design preferences.

Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our product offerings and maintain our position as market leaders.

Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products, addressing specific client needs and preferences.

Implementing effective sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new business within a designated territory or market segment.

Skills & Experience Needed

In-depth knowledge of luxury bathroom solutions and the latest industry trends are considered advantageous.

Experience working with architects and interior designers on high-end projects is desired.

Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Ability to provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and preferences.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales processes efficiently.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals consistently.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Must be enthusiastic and autonomous.

Current Australian Drivers licence.

Permanent Australian Resident.

Salary and Benefits

$100K - 120K base salary.

Additional Superannuation.

Car Allowance

Commissions on top.
