As Part-Time Sales Consultant, you will be pivotal in supporting the Leichhardt team in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Showcase products with enthusiasm, leaning on your strong product knowledge.
• Provide expert guidance on jewellery styles, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and product features.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and diligence.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Your Requirements:

• Knowledge of diamonds and previous experience in high-end jewellery or luxury retail is highly preferable.
• Must have permanent residency visa status.
• Passion for jewellery and luxury goods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
