About the role

Gunther Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Truck Driver to join our team in Morisset, NSW. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil construction projects by operating a range of heavy vehicles and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain a variety of heavy vehicles and construction equipment, including tipper trucks, water carts, and other specialised plant machinery

Transport construction materials, equipment, and waste to and from job sites

Assist with site preparation, excavation, and other general labouring duties as required

Ensure all vehicles and equipment are well-maintained and comply with safety and legislative requirements

Work collaboratively with the construction team to support the successful completion of projects

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and any incidents

What we're looking for

Relevant experience operating a range of heavy vehicles and construction equipment in a civil construction environment

Current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence and a strong safety record, HR considered

Experience working within a team and the ability to follow instructions and work safely

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously

Commitment to delivering high-quality work and a focus on continuous improvement

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a flexible approach to working hours
