• Seeking casual diploma qualified early childhood professionals to work flexibly in Council managed Childcare and Kindergarten services
• Choose your availability and work across our services delivering high quality education and care to our youngest community members
• Salary commencing at $48.41 inclusive of 25% casual loading per hour plus 11.5% superannuation

As a casual diploma qualified educator, you will:

• Inspire and engage our youngest community members through play-based childcare and kindergarten programs
• Work collaboratively with passionate teams of highly experienced early childhood professionals
• Build professional connections with families and community services to ensure the best quality of education and care is delivered
• Be a key member of our early years team, ensuring the smooth running of our childcare and kindergarten programs
• Work flexibly and be responsive to our kindergarten and childcare administration teams
• Be committed to professional development and eagerness to learn and grow as an educator within our services
• Ensure the safety of children in our care, working in line with the child safe standards, national quality framework and curriculum framework

About you:

• Hold an ACECQA approved diploma qualification
• Hold a valid employee working with children check
• Hold a current first aid and CPR training certificate
• Up to date child protection certificate
• Great communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• Willingness to travel to services across the Moonee Valley municipality
• Responsiveness to short notice shift requests
