About the role

As a Senior Appliance Technician at Brizfix Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of household appliances for our customers in the Brisbane area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of appliances and use your technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a diverse range of household appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, and ovens

Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on the condition of appliances

Order and replace faulty parts, ensuring appliances are restored to full working order

Provide clear and effective communication to customers throughout the repair process

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and reliable service

Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques

Mentor and train junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as an appliance technician, with a strong understanding of a wide range of household appliances

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex appliance issues

A passion for customer service and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers

Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently manage a busy workload

A clean driving licence and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed

Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Certification in appliance repair or a relevant technical qualification
