About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll be central to delivering high-quality, individualised care across our patient journey—pre-operative, surgical, and post-operative.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting plastic surgeons during consultations, aftercare and in-room minor operative procedures

Delivering post-operative wound care, dressings, and scar management

Preparing patients for surgery with education and reassurance

Capturing accurate clinical photography via lightroom and maintaining medical records (Xestro or Genie experience advantageous)

Assisting surgeons with drafting correspondence to referrers

Coordinating with administrative and surgical teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintaining infection control protocols including sterilising

Managing clinical inventory

Providing a calming, empathetic and professional presence across all patient interactions

You will work closely with the Practice Manager and Surgeons in a modern, boutique environment where your nursing care truly makes a difference.

About You

We are looking for a warm, experienced, and patient-focused nurse who brings:

Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

Interest or experience in plastic, dermatological or aesthetic surgery (desirable)

Minimum 2-3 years of post-graduate nursing experience (hospital or specialist clinic)
Strong wound care and clinical coordination skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational ability

Confident using electronic medical records and other digital technology to streamline work processes

A calm, professional manner with high emotional intelligence

Flexibility and initiative to contribute across the practice

A team player who will work positively and commit to providing an exceptional patient experience
