Reporting into the Finance Manager of this ASX50 property group, this is a varied and business-facing accounting role, bridging the gap between finance and operations

You'll be responsible for preparing monthly management reports, P&L review, variance analysis and provision of commentary on variances, in order to deliver effective decision support to your business stakeholders

You will also work on the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, annual budgeting, accounting adjustments and preparation of reconciliations

Also, you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required, as well as be heavily involved in projects and process improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will be a CA/CPA qualified Accountant (or part qualified) with existing experience within property accounting from a landlord or agency. Alternateively you will have transferrable experience in a hybrid management and financial accounting role seeking an entry into the sector
