ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer & Sales Representative with knowledge of the automotive wrecking and recycling sector. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, taking inbound calls, evaluating vehicles, and negotiating purchases. The role requires a confident, customer-focused professional with a strong grasp of car parts and vehicle valuations.

DUTIES

Manage incoming calls and vehicle purchase inquiries

Negotiate and assess purchases of wrecked, damaged, or unwanted vehicles

Record accurate purchase details and coordinate with operations

Deliver excellent customer service while driving buying opportunities

Contribute to the development of junior staff and future offshore support

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Background in the automotive, wrecking, or recycling industry (essential)

Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and valuation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Previous phone-based customer service experience is highly regarded
