Treehouse Paediatrics is a highly regarded, thriving multidisciplinary paediatric allied health practice providing Neurodiversity Affirming supports to kids 0-16. We are an innovative team working to grow our emerging practice to be a market leader in quality paediatric care. We only do paeds, and we do paeds well.

Our clinical team of 17 includes physios, OTs, speech pathologists, podiatrist, art therapist, exercise physiologist and Allied Health Assistants. (This includes 3 other OTs to bounce ideas off!)

About the role

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to do the following:

• Provide OT supports to children 0 - 16 years old in a variety of settings, using a family centred and neurodiversity affirming approach.
• Provide supports to both NDIS funded and private paying kids
• Participate in Autism assessment- we will train you!
• Provide standardised assessments and reports when required
• Work collaboratively with the internal and external team to provide optimal supports and outcomes for children and their families
• Provide Allied Health student supervision and clinical supervision to earlier career staff when required (dependent upon experience)
• Participate in in-services and meetings
• Assist in developing evidence based group programs

Required

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Willingness to work under a Neurodiversity Affirming framework
• AHPRA registration
• Experience in paediatric OT is a bonus but not essential
• Passion for paediatrics and willingness to further develop skills
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Working with Children's Check
• Current driver's license
