About the business
We are on the lookout for a Graphic Designer for one our national clients within their NSW Head Office. This role will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Marketing to support brand and design excellence across national franchise network. They will be responsible for implementing brand adherence across the network. They will be charged with graphic design responsibilities across all collateral, brand guideline updates and new brand development as required. Bringing together creativity, technology and brand governance, this role would suit an adaptable individual who can manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.
About the role
Support graphic design across all print and digital assets across all brands.
Project management, development and testing of brand and marketing templates within our marketing automation systems (e.g. Realhub, Printforce and CRMs) for all brands.
Champion brand compliance across the network through building relationships, managing bespoke artwork requests via our client helpdesk platform.
Identifying key themes and opportunities from our client helpdesk to uncover and apply template improvements for network-wide benefits.
Audit templates as needed and archive old templates based on lack of network usage.
Work with suppliers to launch templates to the network in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure marketing output from franchisees adhere to brand guidelines.
Administrative duties and other design related tasks as required.

Skills and experience
2-3 years’ experience in a dedicated design role, in-house or agency based.
Must have experience across Adobe Suite including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro. Experience with html, Microsoft Suite and Canva is also advantageous.
Customer-orientated with a demonstrated ability to understand the needs of a design brief and deliver within brand guidelines.
Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and remotely.
A team player with demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with complex stakeholder network.
Confident and capable of effectively managing their own traffic flow, delivering outcomes with internal team, external agencies and freelancers as required.
Adaptable, enthusiastic and willing to take on new tasks and opportunities as they arise.
