Digital platforms and engineering services will be a critical enabler for future health and insurance experiences we deliver to our customers. The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture.

This is an initial 6 month contract - $950 incl Super per day.

We are searching for an all rounder BA who can:

• Undertake requirements elicitation & document in the form of business requirements documents & user stories
• Map customer journeys/use cases as the initiative will cover many different customer segments across multiple channels
• Support tech teams/architect to validate design/solution
• Work with 3rd party vendors who will be undertaking some of the implementation work
• Liaise with digital teams

Capabilities needed:

• Must have a strong technical background required to interrogate and translate business requirements for implementation team. Implementation teams involved would include SAP CRM, claims, digital, information management etc. This initiative may have touchpoints to pretty much every team/major system in Medibank
• Ability to grasp and deal with copious amount of information/business logic & rules across different business units, given the size and nature of the work
