Your day-to-day will be full of impact:

Driving business growth and uncovering new opportunities

Coaching and developing a team of Consultants and Account Managers

Managing and expanding our valued client relationships

Overseeing your own P&L

Rolling up your sleeves to lead daily operations

Executing strategic recruitment plans

Embedding a strong safety-first culture

What you’ll bring to the table:

A proven track record in winning business and delivering exceptional service

Solid business smarts and commercial nous

Recruitment industry experience (FT360 is a big plus!)

The ability to stay cool under pressure and lead with confidence

First class communication and influencing skills
