Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for 2x Project Managers (Maintenance) for a six month contract, to lead essential maintenance initiatives with precision, insight, and a solutions-focused mindset.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll take ownership of maintenance projects from initiation to completion, using your project management expertise to ensure everything runs on time, on budget, and to spec.

Your ability to juggle priorities, manage risks, and drive positive change will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end maintenance projects of varying complexity
• Apply recognised project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Oversee project controls, change management processes, scheduling, and risk mitigation
• Solve problems with an integrated, analytical, and systematic approach
• Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to support change and continuous improvement
• Build strong working relationships across all levels—both internally and externally

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing maintenance-related projects
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles, from planning through delivery
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A team player with the ability to develop rapport, coach others, and foster collaboration
