The Role
We are seeking an experienced Dental Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, finishing, and quality-checking dental restorations—including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant-supported prosthetics. As part of our high-volume production environment, you will contribute to the efficient manufacturing of precision dental products that meet both industry and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and process dental restorations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Use CAD/CAM software, milling machines, and 3D printers to produce precision components

Assemble, finish, and polish a variety of fixed and removable prosthetics, including full-arch implants

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing workflows

Maintain detailed documentation of materials, processes, and production data

Troubleshoot and refine manufacturing techniques to boost efficiency and product quality

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A Diploma in Dental Technology (or equivalent experience in dental prosthetic manufacturing)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dental laboratory or manufacturing environment

Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape) is highly desirable

Solid understanding of dental materials such as zirconia, PMMA, e.max, and metal alloys

Hands-on experience with milling, 3D printing, and prosthetic finishing techniques

High attention to detail and precision workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
