We’re currently looking for a qualified and reliable Maintenance Fitter – Floater to join our team based in Dandenong. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility to work across varying shifts and provide coverage where needed throughout multiple sites.

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and can easily adapt to different teams, departments, and shift patterns. You’ll be responsible for carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
  
  
• Support production and maintenance teams across various departments
  
  
• Minimise equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency
  
  
• Complete maintenance logs and documentation as required
  
  
• Ensure all tasks are performed in line with site safety protocols
  
  

About You:

• Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Cert III – Mechanical)
  
  
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability
  
  
• A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
  
  
• Willingness to work rotating or changing shift patterns, including weekends
  
  
• Good communication and a strong commitment to workplace safety
