About the Role

A newly available opportunity for a motivated Accountant to join the finance team in a varied, hands-on role. Reporting to a Finance Manager, you’ll support key accounting tasks including month-end processing, reconciliations, and financial data integrity across a multi-entity environment.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with professional services experience—such as audit, tax, or business services—who is now looking to step into industry and broaden their exposure in a supportive, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily transactional processing, including accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with month-end close, including preparation of journals and GL maintenance
• Prepare bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain accuracy of financial records and support internal reporting
• Assist with fixed asset register management and invoicing
• Respond to internal finance queries and support the broader team as needed

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years' experience in audit, tax, business services, or a similar accounting environment
• CA or CPA part-qualified (minimum requirement)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software (Xero desirable)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
