Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking to take the next step in your career? A not-for-profit healthcare organization in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Practice Manager to join their team. This is an urgent role, with an immediate start available!

About the Role:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy General Practice clinic
• Work with 4 GPs (1 full-time, 3 part-time) and 2 RNs
• Ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Full-time permanent position with immediate start
• Salary Packaging Available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Practice Manager role
• Experience with Medicare item numbers and Best Practice software
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 + Super per annum, Depending on Experience.

Relocation Package: Accommodation assistance available for up to 3 months for those willing to relocate, whether on a permanent or fixed-term (12 months minimum) contract.
