Red Appointments are working in partnership with a large organisation providing power services throughout the NT. We are currently seeking experienced Data Entry Officers for a project assignment located in Darwin CBD. Commencing immediately for 8 weeks.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a number of temporary data entry officers for a project involving data cleansing and data entry of files. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry and cleansing of Excel files
• Conducting research to validate data where applicable
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
• Providing customer service support as needed
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients
• Handling phone inquiries with a professional and articulate manner

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong IT capabilities, proficient MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good customer service skills
• Clear and articulate communication abilities
• Ability to commit to the full 8-week term
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
