State Manager (Commercial Cleaning)

• Senior leadership role

• $140K + super + $20K car allowance

The Company

As a nationally recognised, award-winning service provider, our team focuses on partnering with our clients for long-term success and service delivery excellence.

In this role, you will travel frequently throughout Sydney CBD, with overnight stays required to maximise time spent with your team. You will take ownership of your portfolio, including coaching and developing your team, driving growth and ensuring client retention.

The role

As the State Manager reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will:

• Lead the Operations Team for your portfolio
• Ensure service delivery and client retention
• Manage cost, pricing and customer profitability
• Build relationships with key accounts
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and manage complaints
• Support the leadership team on significant projects
• Ensure a safe environment per appropriate legislation
• Have experience in the commercial cleaning industry (essential)
• Travel frequently throughout Sydney CBD

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced leader who has:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent people management ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong commercial acumen
• Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate
• National criminal history check
• Working with children check
