About the Role:
Our client is one of Australia’s leading Property owners and developers, who are looking for a Senior Property Manager with a background in ideally premium-grade commercial or retail Property Management.
This role will suit someone looking to work owner side, managing a premium grade, best in class asset, with the ability to step into a leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a premium-grade commercial tower and adjacent retail precinct, delivering high standards of operational and financial performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, arrears management, reporting, and lease administration
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
• Support leasing activity including renewals, make goods, and tenant fitouts
• Deliver business plans, KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvements across service delivery

Requirements:

• 5 years’ + experience in commercial high-rise property management, ideally with experience managing A-grade commercial
• Strong lease interpretation and negotiation skills
• Proven capability in financial management, operational planning, and contractor oversight
• Ability to lead with influence, collaborate effectively, and work autonomously
• Current Real Estate Agent Licence or Representative Certificate preferred
