The Position:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide individualised, evidence-based therapy to children with developmental delays and disabilities. Your role will involve conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans for young children and teens with a range of communication challenges, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, and speech and language delays. You'll work closely with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
They are looking for someone who is:
A new or recent graduate with a degree in Speech Pathology
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
Passionate about working with children with disabilities and their families
Keen to develop skills in early intervention and AAC within a supportive team environment
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and grow
You'll enjoy a gradual transition into independent caseload management, with realistic expectations on billable hours as you build your confidence.

Greer Maine Speech Pathology operates within the Invermay Allied Health Building, a collaborative hub of allied health professionals. Their clinic fosters a supportive, team-oriented environment where therapists work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and resources to enhance client outcomes.
They believe in empowering their team through realistic workloads, mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities, ensuring their therapists can deliver high-quality care without burnout.
What’s on Offer?
Starting salary of $85K plus a $1000 annual professional development allowance for your first two years.
Structured supervision and mentoring program – Weekly supervision, initial work shadowing, and a gradual caseload progression with reduced billable hour expectations.
Dedicated therapy room and office space, plus access to a broad range of resources and formal assessments.
Work alongside three Senior Speech Pathologists, all of whom actively carry clinical caseloads and are available for mentoring.
Be part of a relationship-based, family-centred practice model, focusing on early intervention and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Multidisciplinary environment – Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Social Workers in a collaborative setting.
