Lucas Plumbing & Gas Solutions (LPGS) is a family owned and operated company based in Regency Park. Delivering equal parts of domestic and commercial maintenance plumbing/ gas fitting and small contracts/ shop fitouts, with a strong reputation for quality and reliability within our industry. We are seeking the two best plumbers in Adelaide to join our team and cement their future within the company.

THE POSITIONS (Immediate Start Available):

Position 1 - suited to a construction Plumber who would like to step back from large commercial projects and utilise their experience and transition to small contracts/ shop fitouts while gaining more on job experience in the maintenance sector.

Position 2 - suited to a highly experienced maintenance plumber and would mostly consist of appliance installations/ servicing and repairs, CCTV/ Hydro Jet drain cleaning, leak detection and repairs, consumer gas installations, hot water unit repairs / replacements, Drain Re-lining and a wide variety of other maintenance plumbing tasks.

(3rd or 4th year apprentices encouraged to apply)

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in either the maintenance plumbing environment or commercial construction/ small contracts with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to complete quotations and invoicing (with on job training).
• Able to provide high quality customer service.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Current Driver’s Licence and White Card (essential).
• Class B Electrical Licence (not essential but highly regarded).
• Be familiar with AS3500 and AS5601 standards.
• Be well presented, self-motivated, punctual, reliable and take pride in your work.
• Able to operate database platforms (with on job training).
• Able to work well under pressure in our fast paced industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to provide photographs or evidence of your previous high-quality work (highly regarded).
• Experience with ‘flat rate’ pricing (not essential as on job training will be provided).
• Able to work autonomously at the same time being a ‘team player’.
