About the role

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Plumber to join our team at Bell Plumbing in Stafford, QLD. As a Licenced Plumber, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of plumbing services to our residential and Body Corporate customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Performing plumbing installations, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
• Responding to emergency call-outs and providing prompt and efficient service
• On-Call for after hours emergency work on a 1 in 6 rotation roster
• Completing detailed job reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice
• Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure job deadlines are met

What we're looking for

• Fully qualified and licensed Plumber
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Valid Manual driver's licence
