We’re growing—and we’re on the lookout for a Wellness Advisor & Corporate Relations Specialist to join our team at either of our two locations: Emporium (CBD) or Prahran (Chapel St).

The Wellness Advisor must also bring Business Development experience. A key part of this role involves proactively sourcing and securing new corporate opportunities by connecting with key stakeholders and building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Kaya (established in 2012) is Melbourne's Only All-In-One Mind and Body Wellness destination that provides members with Unlimited access to over 250 traditional Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Barre, Fitness Circuit & Spinning classes per week (plus, dedicated cardio and weights zones) all within serene and premium surroundings.
Who we're looking for:
As a Wellness Advisor / Corporate Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and organisations on their wellness journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving growth and expansion to the group by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to maximise market penetration and revenue generation.
Building genuine relationships with guests, members and key corporate stakeholders.
Listening to individuals’ stories and understanding their unique needs to offer the most suitable membership options and/or corporate packages.
Employing a relationship-focused approach, centred around genuinely supporting members and corporate organisations on their wellness journey.
Taking ownership of your connections, your day and ultimately your success.
What we expect | position specific skills:
Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
Experience in Business Development - B2B and B2C and community outreach.
Strong initiative and a proactive approach to nurturing and maintaining your client base including (but not limited to) corporate partnerships, B2B and joint ventures.
Impeccable planning, organisational, follow-up, time management and above all execution skills.
Health club or service-based industry experience (preferred but not essential).
