Tarac is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our production team at our Nuriootpa site. This role is central to the operational management of spirit distribution, production processes, and wine destruction across various areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production processes while working 8-hour rotating shifts across day, afternoon, and night shifts. During Vintage, shifts will increase to 6 days a week.

Cellar hand experience.

A valid forklift licence (essential).

A boiler ticket (desirable).

A confined space ticket (highly desirable).
