About us:

Central Queensland Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (CQMHAODS) provides specialist mental health, substance and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas with services located in each area. Rockhampton is the principal service centre and as such provides the administration of the Mental Health Act, 2016, and is the location of the acute adult inpatient facilities.

About the role:

• Provide discipline specific and generalist clinical services utilising a range of modalities relevant to adult mental health services as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to the delivery of clinical mental health services in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• This position may provide supervision to students or less experienced practitioners as required.
• Provision of a sound level of clinical services (which includes crisis intervention treatment, provision of psychotherapy, case management, consultation, health promotion, early identification/intervention, liaison and education) in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.

About you:

Mental Health Clinicians

Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:

• Occupational Therapy
• Psychology
• Social Work

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
