The Role

• Deliver the project from day 1! Design phase starts this week
• Manage and develop a well-resourced project team
• Design management – Liaise and drive consultants and project partners
• Procurement, along with the CA
• Programming, methodology, site establishment
• Drive programme and take ownership of the job
• Client management and engagement
• Head contract management
• Programming
• Cost reports and budget forecasting

The Person

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on building projects $10m-$30m for T2/T3 Builders within Australia
• Industrial sector experience is essential - Tilt Panel, Structural Steel, Services
• Dynamic and outcomes focused
• Strong with systems and have well-developed processes
• Excellent contract knowledge and management of head contract claims, variations, EOT etc.
• Proven track record of managing projects and teams from initial design and project set up through to a successful completion
• Strong building knowledge, up to date with the latest construction methodology and well-developed problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
• Network and relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants across SE QLD
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage a high workload and maintain accuracy and proficiency

• Immediate interview & start pending notice period
• $250,000 package – Negotiable on experience and skillset
