About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Waitpersons to join our vibrant team at The Balcony Bar and Restaurant in Shelly Beach NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests

Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments in a friendly and efficient manner

Maintaining a clean and organised service area, ensuring tables are set and replenished as needed

Assisting with food preparation tasks and other duties as required to support the kitchen and service team

Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar Waiting Staff or Front of House role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing a high-quality dining experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsible and reliable, with a flexible attitude towards working hours
