The Opportunity

My client is a global technology company, a leader in the Legal Tech space. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to build and lead a full-stack development team delivering cloud-based solutions. What you’ll need

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a hands-on capacity
• Strong skills in C#, TypeScript, React, SQL
• Deep understanding of full-stack architecture and software best practices (SOLID, TDD, event-driven design)
• Great communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A passion for building high-performing, collaborative teams and a passion for developing people in their role
