The Opportunity
They are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer who’s passionate about delivering smart, site-focused solutions. You’ll take the lead on challenging projects, work alongside respected industry experts, and play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and shaping the direction of a growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and deliver geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design.

Conduct site inspections and manage field programs.

Prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation.

Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and provide clear, practical advice.

Contribute to business development and help strengthen our client relationships.

Mentor and support junior team members.

What they're looking for...

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.

8+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical consulting or engineering.

Strong technical capability in soil/rock mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability.

Proven experience in project management and client engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive attitude and a passion for practical, real-world engineering.
