Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across a range of roles

Post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage communications

Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support

Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Profile

About You

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything you do. Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in a recruitment coordination or HR/Talent support role is essential

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A collaborative and adaptable working style

An understanding or appreciation of the education sector is advantageous

• Ability to work at a fast-pace and high volume nature
