Carrington Centennial Care in Camden, South-west Sydney, is a highly regarded and award winning aged care organisation, providing independent living and aged care accommodation, as well as wide-ranging community care services within the Macarthur/Wollondilly Region.

The Opportunity

As a Care Service Employee, you will work as a skilled and qualified team member who provides safe, respectful and quality care and services. We support over 300 residents across 4 facilities on our semi-rural campus. Your interactions with consumers will be kind, caring, compassionate and considerate to their needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity. Essential Criteria:

1. Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, and 2-3 years’ work experience in similar role
2. Right to work in Australia
3. A genuine desire and passion to work with older people
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently
5. Effective and compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to use computer systems effectively for client management
7. Reliable transport to Grasmere (2570)
