We are working with one of the Sunshine Coasts largest employers to source a Response Services Administration Officer. The successful candidate will join a team of 5 administration officers completing requests, enquires and correspondence relating to community concerns. This is a six-month contract, working a 32hr week based in Caloundra.

Responsibilities include the following:

Administration duties within the Response Services unit including high level administration, data processing, and workload management associated with regulatory enforcement.

Be an active participant to a cohesive and motivated team committed continuous improvement in service delivery.

Provide front desk, phone and administration support services such as customer contact, filing, record management, photocopying and data entry, financial functions as well as the provision of timely and accurate information in response to internal and external enquiries.

Assist with the day-to-day process associated with infringement support functions

Processing and responding to customer requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience required:

Certificate IV in Business Administration/Local Government or other relevant disciplines or equivalent relevant experience

Previous relevant experience with demonstrated customer service and communication skills in the provision of information in person, email, telephone and other routine business correspondence.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment

Sound computer skills in typing, data entry and preparing simple Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets. With demonstrated ability to learn other computer applications as required.

Current “C” class drivers’ licence
